Kyle in sales was absolutely amazing to work with, We were looking for a specific machine and color and he went above and beyond to to get it for us in a timely manner, not to mention he went above and beyond through the whole sale, down to the accessories. Hello, I just wanted to add my voice to the reviews about Power Pac. Iam a First time customer, and have never dealt with Power Pac until recently........I use to have the "Local John Deere Dealer "do Spring service on my John Deere Lawn Tractor for the last couple of years. The last service they did for me (after 4 straight years of servicing my JD Tractor) it seems that they developed and attitude problem, and after my main mower deck belt broke after one mowing the last season, that was the final straw! Thank God I happen to see a Power Pac TV add on Wausau TV, and saw that they were an Authorized John Deere Dealer.....And I thought I would call them and have them do my Annual Spring Service! I AM SO GLAD I DID, THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFFESIONAL AND WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY.

Everyone I dealt with from the Service Manager, to the pick up and delivery guys were"TOP SHELF". I HIGHLY Recommend them for any of your Service Needs. I also like that they are a Family owned and run business, and care about Customer Service. Just contact them, you will be glad you did.....

Outstanding experience!! This is the first 4-wheeler we bought new. We decided on one, did all paperwork and went home, decided that night that we wanted to upgrade to a touring model instead. I called the following day and asked if I could switch models and they said they would do everything they could to get me the touring model, but they were in short supply throughout the state due to high demand. They called the next day and said they found me one. They definitely went out of their way to find one. They went and picked it up, added the accessories we requested, and had it complete all in less than a week. Kyle and Dustin went above and beyond to get us the model we wanted. Everyone there was so friendly and nice. Thank you again for making our experience so great. We appreciate it. You are all rockstars.

Zach in parts has amazingly amounts of knowledge! He was able to troubleshoot my YFZ and helped me order the right parts!

Great place; upbeat attitude from all of the employees. They got me home with my bike all in one day despite a couple hiccups with my bank. Would recommend to family and friends!

so went atv shopping today shawano dealership had a killer deal with rebate. stopped at Bill's just to be informed that they wouldn't budge off the list price.left there wasn't gonna go to power pac, but a friend said it had a new owner.walked in met the new owner in the show room. told him about our event so far. was given to a salesman that matched shawano's price.they had a used 850 on the lot. we made a great package deal. they even threw in a new winch. I was told they would have to put the winch on next week.I show up to pick up my two atvs and find my winch installed.excellent customer service. excellent sales service. very impressed with my experience.they've made a customer out of me.

Stop that power Pac today to pick some parts up for my snowblower they had everything I needed. Sounds crazy this way my blower will be ready to go for the next season. Cheri and Mike have always treated me good at this store

Power Pac has a broad array of power equipment and big boy toys. Great timely service and the salesman are knowledgeable and helpful.

Had the opportunity now to go through the whole process from start to finish and have been very impressed. Cheri has treated me very well and they have been helpful in making this transaction happen. I purchased a 1025R John Deere tractor and have been very impressed with that so far as well.
